Steve LeBeau has more than 30 years of experience in radio, television and print. He is an award-winning writer and editor. He has ghost-written more than a dozen books, and worked in the communications office of Governor Jesse Ventura as a speechwriter.
Speaker Credentials – Steve has a master’s degree in Media Ethics from the University of Minnesota School of Journalism and Mass Communication. He has worked as a newscaster for KSTP-AM and KFAN-AM, a talk show host at WCCO-AM, and did morning business news for FOX-9 TV. He served as managing editor for the Minneapolis-St Paul Business Journal and was a magazine editor at the Star Tribune.
Speaker Current Position Title and responsibilities –Steve is the Editor in Chief of Minnesota Business magazine, where he sets the vision for each issue, decides on the stories, and performs content editing on all the stories. Last year the magazine won seven excellence awards form the Minnesota Magazine and Publisher’s Association; four of the awards were for his writing.
